Unfortunately, Platinum Hair Extensions does not offer refunds. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

Please give your order processing 3 business days. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped, at which point you'll be notified by email. After your order has been processed, you should anticipate receiving it in 3 to 5 business days.

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! Please choose your shipping method of choice during the checkout process.

Yes, we offer 100% virgin, Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.

The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.

Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.
