How long does order processing take?
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped and you’ll receive tracking details by email. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Select your preferred shipping method at the time of purchase for faster delivery.
Are your extensions 100% virgin hair?
Yes — all of our products are made from 100% Raw Vietnamese Human Hair, known for its durability, silky texture, and minimal shedding. Each bundle is double drawn and thick from top to bottom, providing unmatched fullness and longevity.
How many bundles are recommended for a full install?
The number of bundles depends on the desired look and length:
For lengths up to 18 inches, we recommend 3 bundles for a full install.
For lengths 20 inches and longer, we recommend 3 to 4 bundles for a fuller, more voluminous style.
Can I color my extensions?
Yes! Our raw Vietnamese hair can be dyed, bleached, or toned. However, we highly recommend working with a professional colorist to achieve your desired shade while maintaining the hair’s natural integrity.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If you notice an error with your order, please email or text us immediately. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
